Back to it though. I'm excited for the third uh saga and what Jorge has done. Uh you were telling me earlier before uh the show, which is why we're not matching, you're welcome. Uh because we noticed it beforehand because we don't talk to each other and match on the show. My wife even pointed it out. And so we had a conversation today, and he was like, one of us needs to change. And I was like, cool, go get my blue dish shirt. And then I saw my black dish shirt and thought we can still wear blue. Um but you were telling me that uh it's pretty cool how Jorge has commissioned uh all these different artists to do these animatics. And in this saga, each song has its own artist uh that Jorge has commissioned. So I'm excited for that. Uh I I definitely have to say my preference so far for the ones I've seen is Merxy's. I just I just enjoy it. Um I just really love the storytelling. And Wolf did a great job in the last two on that uh uh last saga um that we did. I believe we the first two we watched was Merxy's, and then I think the second two was Wolf. That's when he started commissioning, it seems like.

I think so, yes. Uh Mercy and Wolfie don't appear in these four. These are four uh we do have Gigi. We've had uh few from Gigi before. Gigi makes an appearance in this saga. Um but yeah, I I mean I d I do love I obviously I love that he sort of uh helped inspire the community to go about creating all of these. I think that's fucking wonderful. And if we ever get to the point where let's say, for example, Aves of War um comes to fruition, and it will do.

It would be really fucking good. Aves of War is a project that Matt and I are working on with an author called AD Small. Um and it's it's a it's a it's really annoying because it's a really slow burn, but it's really fucking good. And I know as soon as we dive back into it, that's all we're gonna be focused on. But um the annoying thing is with with uh with the sound engineering, the voiceover stuff, and AD's cool. A D uh understands it and completely gets it, but it's an It's an unpaid passion project for us. Uh so unfortunately when we have the paid work come in, that takes priority because we we need money.

But what is annoying about that is obviously you find a style that you really like, and I would love to watch all of the ones that Merksey's done, all of the ones that Wolfie's all the ones Wolfie has done. But I j but I feel like this is the r this this is the right way for us to do this right now is to to go through the commissioned ones, right?

There's obviously a lot of work has gone into this, but when the colour schemes are similar and you've got like one or two colours that really fucking jump out at you like Odysseus's eye colour right here, because that's fucking cool. And then the drums, uh, fantastic. Um the synth, great, and then all of a sudden the guitar, and but like that trumpet in the beginning, and just all this mix of the classical and the rock is just it's uh it's just nice. And it's that was very, like you said, uh and and uh and it works for that basic ass art form. Um just kidding. Honestly, it's it works really well because there is so much going on in the music and then the s singing and then the is that a is that a falsetto, right? When they hit the octopus and change them like like that, right? I think that's what a falsetto is. Or am I or is that or is that all the way high down to low?

The things that you should be like just reminding you that they're on a ship and they're they're on their way to you know what I mean, and on this on this new journey after all the stuff with uh Polystemus. So yeah.

It is it is very uh I also like the fact that when Odysseus is stepping down to talk to the guys on the on his ship and you've got the electric guitar, because as obviously, as we know, Jorge likes to give each of the main characters their own instrument, and uh Odysseus gets the uh gets the guitar and it just to really signify that that's his moment, like it's just him trying to rally the troops and keep it all together. Uh boy, we're just gonna strip it back to a heavy bass drum and guitar, and it's just uh just the musical choices that Jorge are just everything's planned and I love it, and I I'm gonna stop nerding out so we can finish the song. That's what I'm gonna do. Uh let's put it back to Storm here. Sounds good. Continuing. What's going on? Ah, just it's such an epic song. No punching.
